Webber Automation Inc. presents the FastRack series rack loading machines. Available in three basic designs, the FastRack 800, the FastRack 1200 and the FastRack 2000 rack loaders.

The FastRack 800 rack loaders.

Capable of loading up to 800 (5 gallon) bottles per hour. As a dedicated rack loader this machine can accommodate any plastic or steel rack that has consistent spacing from the floor to the first bottle bays and a consistent spacing vertically and horizontally from bay to bay. This machine can be designed to work with your particular rack configuration.

 

The FastRack 1200 rack loaders.

Capable of loading up to 1200 (5 gallon) bottles per hour. As a dedicated rack loader this machine can accommodate any plastic or steel rack that has consistent spacing from the floor to the first bottle bays and a consistent spacing vertically and horizontally from bay to bay. This machine can be designed to work with your particular rack configuration.

The FastRack 2000 rack loaders.

Capable of loading up to 2000 (5 gallon) bottles per hour. As a non-dedicated rack loader this machine acts more like a robotic rack loader. Flexibility allows you to pick what rack you want to load. It can accommodate any plastic or steel rack regardless of the bay spacing. This machine can be switch from one rack style to another with just the push of a button.

Constructed of Powder Coated Mild Steel and contained in its own enclosure this machine offers the most variety in a small economical package.
